Committed Digital Ltd. ("Committed", "we", "us") operates the website committed-digital.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data collected through the Site. It does not cover data processed in the production AI systems we deliver to customers — those are governed by the Data Processing Agreement signed with each customer.

- To schedule meetings you request.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use it to train any third-party AI model.

5. Sub-processors and recipients
We share data with the following categories of recipients, all under written agreements:
- Hosting — Vercel Inc. (US/EU edge), AWS (eu-west-1, us-east-1).
- Email delivery — Resend, Google Workspace.
- Scheduling — Calendly.
- Analytics — only if you accept (e.g. Google Analytics 4 / Plausible).
- Authorities — when required by law.
Transfers outside the EEA / Israel rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent adequacy decisions.
6. Retention
- Contact-form submissions: up to 24 months from last interaction, then deleted.
- Server logs: 30 days.
- Analytics: up to 14 months (default) or as configured by the analytics tool.
- Records we are legally required to keep: for the period required by law.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, CCPA), you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can also withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, email contact@committed.co.il. We will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.
8. Security

9. Children
The Site is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for 30 days.
